TYPICAL CLASS STRUCTURE

Warm-Up – 20 minutes
Loosening the joints, cardio & core workout, kickboxing, and stretching.

Technique – 20 minutes
We will focus on the battle technique using kicks, punches, knees, and defenses against attacks including combo drills.

Sparring – 15 minutes
The technique is practiced in simulated fights.

Summary – 5 minutes
Review and discussion about the lessons of the day.

Our kickboxing classes focus on technique, combining three major elements of the field: kicks, punches, and defenses against attacks using the learned foundational technique. We emphasize a friendly and fun environment for learning where everyone feels safe to practice their skills. Throughout the classes we will also practice sparring drills so every student will get a taste of using the technique under high speed and more real simulated situations.
